The handcrafted barrel is stabilized Orange Box Elder hard wood, polished to a pleasant sheen and paired with Antique Pewter pen hardware. Stabilizing is a process that dyes the wood through its entire depth and makes it rock hard. It comes with a black, medium ballpoint refill available at office supply stores.
