The Scales of Justice inlay is made from stabilized black dyed Maple wood and natural Holly wood. The pieces are cut by laser for a precise fit and assembled by hand. No fillers were used. Stabilizing makes the parts rock hard and ensures color stability throughout their entire depth. The barrel is then turned to shape on a lathe, sanded to 600 grit and finished with 6 coats of CA for a very durable finish, which will last many years.

The pen shown is a high quality Sierra twist with a chrome and gunmetal finish. Included is a black, medium ballpoint Parker style ink cartridge. Refills are available at most office supply stores or on line .
