Easily identified by the bright red feathers of the male, they are often seen frequenting backyards and bird feeders. Dinner can also consist of insects, seeds, grain, fruit and sap. Cardinals are active songbirds and sing a variety of different melodies.

The Cardinal on this pen is sure to delight bird lovers and nature lovers everywhere. Made with stabilized and dyed Maple wood, each piece is laser cut for a precise fit. Each pen is constructed individually, turned to shape on a lathe and sanded to 600 grit. Six coats of very durable CA finish are then applied and polished to a high, smooth shine.

The pen hardware is the high quality Sierra twist finished in 24K gold and black. Included is a medium point, black Parker style ink cartridge available at most office supply stores.
